JABBIC – Judge A Book By Its Cover

All About Me

All About Me

Reviewed by Mel Brooks

“Okay, so here we have ‘All About Me!’ by Mel Brooks. I mean, who else could get away with such a title? It’s Mel, for crying out loud. The cover’s got his name in these gigantic letters, like he needs any introduction. And there he is, laughing, probably at one of his own jokes – and why not? His humor is legendary. The subtitle, ‘My Remarkable Life in Show Business,’ well, that’s the understatement of the century. I look at this cover and I think, this guy has lived a life we could all envy, full of laughter and, let’s be honest, a little bit of chaos. If you’re looking for a book that’s going to be as entertaining as his movies, then this is it. It’s quintessential Mel: bold, funny, and unapologetically him.”
