There’s a giant eye staring right at me, and I’m not sure if it wants to say “Shalom” or “I’m going to eat you for lunch.” The fur, the blood, the intense gaze—it’s like my cat after a vet visit! And the title, “Sucker Punch”? I’ve been hit harder by a kugel at a synagogue potluck. If this book is half as dramatic as its cover, I might need a little nosh to calm my nerves. But hey, a vampire hunter novel? Count me in, just make sure there’s some garlic nearby.
