“The Lions of Fifth Avenue” by Fiona Davis. Ah, the grandiosity of this cover! Nothing screams mystery and sophistication quite like a woman in a fabulous dress standing in a massive, historical building. I feel like I’m about to dive into a world where secrets are hidden in the stone walls, and lions aren’t just statues—they’re guardians of untold stories. Also, can we talk about that candelabra? I haven’t seen such an ornate light fixture since I toured a Victorian mansion last year. This cover makes me want to put on my fanciest dress, grab a vintage notebook, and start uncovering secrets. Fiona Davis, I see what you did there!
