The Love of my Life

Reviewed by Rosie Walsh

Alright, so we’ve got “The Love of My Life” here. First off, let’s talk about that title. It’s pretty intense, right? I mean, I love football, but I don’t know if I’d call it “The Love of My Life.” Well, maybe on game day. The cover’s got this sunset beach scene that looks like it belongs on a postcard. Are we talking romance or a touchdown celebration here?

And Rosie Walsh? Nice name, but unless she’s writing about a quarterback’s journey to the Super Bowl, I’m not sure this one’s for me. But hey, I see a New York Times Bestseller sticker on there, so she must be doing something right.

JABBIC Rating: ★★★☆☆

JABBIC Journal: “The Love of My Life” by Rosie Walsh, has a serene beach cover with a deep, romantic title. It’s visually calming but might not score big with action fans.
