The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett – Oh boy, this cover is like a kaleidoscope on steroids! The vibrant swirls of color make me feel like I’m about to dive into a psychedelic adventure. As a comic book geek, I can’t help but think this is what would happen if Doctor Strange designed book covers. The abstract shapes vaguely resemble faces, which ties into the whole theme of identity, I guess? But seriously, I haven’t seen this many colors in one place since the last time I tried to organize my RGB gaming setup. If the story is half as captivating as this cover, we’re in for a wild ride.
