The Wild Side by Fern Michaels – Oy vey! This cover has me all kinds of intrigued. A bright yellow stiletto lying abandoned in what looks like a puddle? Now that’s a story waiting to be told. I can’t help but wonder what kind of wild night led to this scene. Did someone decide to dance in the rain, only to lose a shoe in the process? Or maybe it’s a modern Cinderella tale gone slightly awry? Either way, I’m here for it. The contrast of the bold yellow shoe against the blue background really catches the eye. Just like my mother always said, “If you’re going to walk on the wild side, make sure your shoes are fabulous.”
